The concept of "Cités Collines" is a three-dimensional approach
to the creation of a revolutionary new eco-town.
The current wave of revival which affects our society's values, knowledge
and new technology, and calls for the human habitat to be more in
harmony with nature, allows us to totally re-think our idea of a city and
envisage a whole new concept of the 'ideal city'.
